Admin Staff

Location: Abu Dhabi
Duties:
*Organize updates and controls technical documentation, records, and data.
*Respond to information requests submitted by technical and non-technical personnel at all levels in the organization.
*Set up document control room and maintain document filing and storage requirements as per company policy and best practices
*Verify completeness, and acknowledges the receipt of technical documentation and data received from various internal and external sources.
*Validate status of technical documentation and data received from various internal and external sources.
*Ensure proper adherence to company Policy and Procedure and international standards concerning management, archiving and retention of company documents, records and data.

Qualifications:
*At least 5 years of experience working as an admin
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*At least two years college degree in business Admin
*Able to work under pressure and complete task within the tight deadlines
*Self-motivated, Well organized with attention to details
*Knowledge in information management system
*Excellent IT literacy in Microsoft Office
