HR cum Admin

Salary: To be discuss
Location: Dubai
*You would be responsible for proper functioning of the HR department and might need to report to either the HR head or the admin head of the company.
*As an HR executive you’d be required to take part in recruitment processes, meeting pertaining to preparation or amendment of company policies, training programs etc. You might also be required to travel to other branch offices to look into employee problems and solve them efficiently
*Monitoring of Health Insurance, Visa and Immigration applications, requirements and renewal
*Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
*Records Keeping and Management
*Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers
*Run errands and also deliver messages
*Order services, supplies, and materials

*At least 2 years related work experience
*Knowledgeable in English, Japanese, Mandarin Language
*Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
*Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word
*Basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills
*Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
*Good professional appearance
*Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects
*Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
