*Assist the HR team with all recruiting related tasks including resume review, coordinating and scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, conducting reference and background checks
*Assist the HR management team organizing and preparing for our new hire orientation and other trainings in connection with the opening and launch of restaurant projects.
*Assist the HR management team with benefit explanations, explanations of colleague discount programs and other HR processes.
*Ensures that all payroll and other necessary administrative forms and paperwork are provided to other department in a timely manner.
*With a university degree in a related discipline and with preferable experiences in the same role.
*Must be a computer literate, ideally with proficiency in a computerized payroll system and fluent in English
*Ability to think laterally, have strong social skills and approachable for employees at all levels
*Can speak English fluently
