*Up-sell or promote all specials advertised in the outlet as well promoting slow moving items and have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu with the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
*Responsible for all side duties described in the job task check list and to complete all side work prior to the opening and closing of the restaurant.
*Stock all supplies & glassware ordered by the bar manager.
*Ensure an unforgettable experience through demonstrable passion for cocktails and mixology.
*Approach guests with confidence to suggest a cocktail/wine or non-alcoholic beverages as well as recommending promotional items.
*Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a Bartender role preferably in a five star hotel/Up market bar environment.
*A strong knowledge of mixology, wine, beverages and cocktails is highly preferred.
*Strong communication and leadership skills, enthusiastic, flexible and highly creative.
*Fluency in English
