*Follow-up and maintenance of special computers for employees of the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality.
*Installing and operating new hardware and installing software and operating systems.
*Prepare reports on maintenance operations with recommendations for possible solutions.
*Provide technical support to the computers of the employees and respond to inquiries.
*Prepare and conduct the necessary training for employees on new systems or software.
*Providing technical support for all server, network and connectivity equipment failures of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
*Carrying out any other tasks that fall within his responsibility.
*Excellent computer knowledge and skills (Software-hardware)
*Good communication skills
