*You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
*The Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
*Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
*Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
*Report to property on time and in proper uniform
*Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
*Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations
*Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station
*Must be able to carry food and beverages
*High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
*Any related customer service/oriented experience will be considered
*Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English
