Location: Sharjah
Duties:
*Gathering information about a property, and arranging pictures
*Visiting and talking to the sellers/landlords about their property
*Advising on the value of the property
*Advising clients and helping buyers/tenants to decide what they wish to buy/lease
*Regular care calls to all clients
*Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers and negotiates terms of agreement
*Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support
Qualifications:
*Own Car & Driving License Required
*Minimum 2-3 years as a Sales Executive with 1year in UAE required
*Nationality – Arabic & Indian only
*Fluent in English language
