Receptionist/Helpdesk

Salary: AED2500-3000
Location: Dubai
Duties/Description:
*We are looking for a qualified individual who can join our company at the earliest with duties and responsibilities stated below:
*Should have strong administrative skills
*Answer phone calls and deal with enquiries
*Answering queries whether for walk-in visitors, phone calls, faxes or general inquiries.
*Administers the filing of the documents on daily basis
*Supports office teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities
*Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
*Prepare invoice & daily sales/collection report
*Provide technical assistance & support for incoming queries

*Respond to email messages to customer seeking help.
*Ask questions to determine nature of problem & logging complaints.
*Coordinating with the Service Engineers & assisting them
*Monthly contracts monitoring.
*Preparing all contract renewal as per machine serial number.
*Email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
*Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
*Review open accounts for collection efforts.
*Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
*Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
*Calling and emailing customers for payment follow up.
*Preferably with Visit Visa and willing to be assign in Dubai branch.
Qualifications:
*Excellent in English language
*Computer knowledge is must (MS Office,Excel)
*High School graduate minimum with documents
