Admin Staff

Salary: AED2500-3000 negotiable
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duties:
*Coordinating admin activities to secure compliance to company policies
*Keeping stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
*Receiving and forwarding incoming calls
*Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
*Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
*Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications:
*Preferably with experience in coffee shop/ restaurant
*Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (word and excel)
*Male any nationality can apply
*Graduate with documents
*Excellent in communication skills (English) written and verbal
