Duties:
*Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted
*Maintaining effective records and administration
*Communication and correspondence
*Receiving agenda items from committee members
*Circulating agendas and reports
*Filing minutes and reports
*Compiling lists of names and addresses that are useful to the organisation, including those of appropriate officials or officers of voluntary organisations.

Qualifications:
*Female Filipino
*Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
*Detail Oriented
*Organized
*Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
*Have basic skills in Photoshop
*Freshers can apply
