Receptionist/Office Secretary-Female

Duties/Description:
*Handles customer relations by being a point of first contact via email or telephone
*Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
*Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
*Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
*Typing, preparing and collating reports
*Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
*Managing databases
*Prioritizing workloads
*Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
*Liaising and providing support to relevant organizations and clients
*Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
*Logging or processing bills or expenses
*Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
*Administratively supports HR Manager (recruiting support, documents formatting and filing and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other correspondence as directed.
*Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
*Performs other duties as assigned
*Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
*Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
*Organize travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
