Location: Sharjah
Duties/Description:
*Ability to Cleaning of all office area (daily).
*Cleaning and maintaining washrooms/toilets, pantry and dining area (daily).
*Disposing garbage from trash bins from all office locations (daily)
*Serving refreshments and food to guests.
*Assist the secretary when Managing Director has meetings and guests.
*Conducts regular inspection on all doors in the evening to ensure the safety of the whole premises.
*On call for duty during day offs and holidays.
*Manage minor repairs in the toilet, doors etc.
*Guards the whole company premises day and night: Office, workshop and company owned cars parked in the parking area outside.
*Accountable for overall cleaning of the office and safety of whole premises, company assets during off working hours and off days.
Qualifications:
*Higher Secondary / equivalent qualification.
*2 years experience in a structured progressive corporate office environment.
*Speaks and understands English
*Experience with hygienically cleaning
*Good manners and experience to serve guests
*Ability to repairs and sometimes-troubleshot small issues of household machines or office equipment.
