*Provide a professional and courteous reception services to callers & guests, maintain reception tidy at all times, professional appearance, posture and always wear a smile.
*Answering telephone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
*Experience required in Microsoft Outlook/Calendar.
*Receive emails. All relevant email to be replied or forward to concerned persons.
*Supporting the Senior Management with other day to day requirements.
*Responding to urgent requests on short notice.
*Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Previous experience as Receptionist
*Exceptional computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
*Proactive, friendly and approachable personality, helpful, a “can do anything and everything” attitude
*Organizational skills, experience with events management
