*Welcoming, greeting and directing clients appropriately.
*Answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
*To schedule and arrange meetings and appointments with managers.
*Creating and maintaining reports about customer interactions.
*To provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company.
*Should have experience in Customer Service, Front Desk especially in the Healthcare in UAE or Home Country.
*Experience in a similar industry with the same designation will also be considered.
*Should have knowledge and skills in healthcare customer service and front desk handling.
*Can join immediately
