Location: Dubai
Duties/Description:
*Conduct daily briefing for Room Attendants & Public Area Attendants
*Inspect all guest rooms, corridors and pantries on a daily basis to ensure highest standard of cleanliness.
*Conduct on the job training for all Room Attendants.
*Maintain effective employee relations.
*Check and maintain equipment and machines used.
*Prepare job orders and co-ordinate with Engineering for follow up.
*Ensure special attention given to VIP rooms.
*Attend daily briefing with Director of Housekeeping / Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Housekeeping.
*Others to follow
Qualifications:
*At least 1 year experience in housekeeping
*At least 1 year experience as housekeeping supervisor
*Any nationality
*High School graduate minimum
*With good communication skills (English language)
