*Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls with more that 105 staff and customers
*Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments
*Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
*Social media experience
*Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.
*If you are Spanish speaking that’s a bonus
*High School graduate
*2-5 years experience
