*Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
*Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
*Help other admin staff if necessary
*Proven experience in same/similar role
*Not more than 40 years old
*Good English command and email corespondence
*FMCG experience in UAE is an edge
