Duties/Description:
*Handling Calls & transferring to the respective people
*Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
*Manage communication including emails and phone calls
*Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
*Maintain and order office supplies
*Distribute project related copies to internal teams

Qualifications:
*Proficient in typing & editing skills
*Data organisation skills
*2-4 years experience in similar/same role
*Male any nationality
*Communication skills is must
