Duties/Description:
*Properly maintain records of all office files
*Arrange travels and make bookings of hotel as well as transport for any staff traveling
*Ensure the office information is kept secretive as required
*Maintain office equipment including telephones, photocopier, scanners, computers etc
*Conduct filing work as assigned

Qualifications:
*Female Filipino nationality
*Clerical work experience is must
*High School level/graduate minimum
*Computer literacy (MS Office)
*Communication skills is must (written and verbal)
