Duties/Description:
*Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
*Maintaining attendance and leave records, and HR Records
*Manages reception area and looks after visitors
*Organizing and servicing meetings
*Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
*Dealing with hotels and travel agents for arranging office staff travel and tickets
*Others to follow

Qualifications:
*Proven admin experience
*Administrative Writing Skills
*Knowledge of DMCC/SAIF Zone Portal
*Proficient in MS Office
*At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
*College degree holder
*Age: below 30 years old
