Duties/Description:
*Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
*Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
*Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
*Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
*Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
*Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
*Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
*Others to follow

Qualifications:
*FEMALE FILIPINO ONLY
*Knowledge of MS office
*Presentable
*Working knowledge of internet-based research, search engines and other helpful tools
*Telephone skills
*Email Writing skills
*2-4 years of experience as office administrator / secretary any where
*Communication skills (written & spoken) in English; other languages preferable
