Duties/Description:
This is the largest scale for Government services transactions Due to that all the Government sectors like
Emirates ID – Court Services- Notary – DHA- Ministry of interior – RTA – Economic Department – Tasheel – Amer
All in one place
*Process service invoices on the Company’s ERP system.
*Issuance of receipt vouchers from the System and explain it to Customers to make sure they have a full understanding of the services they paid for.
*Collect money from Customers either via cash, credit cards, E-Dirahm cards Etc.
*Process refund cases after approval from the Supervisors.
*Print daily reports from credit card machines and tally it with the system reports.
*Prepare cash reconciliation reports on shift or daily basis and make sure that it is correct and clear.
*Others to follow

Qualifications:
*Any nationality can apply
*Male/Female
*High School graduate/College
*Proven years of experience in applying position
*Good communication skills is must (English language)
*2 years experience in government services
