*Prepare invoices and updates all accounts and inventory.
*Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
*Entering data in the computer system as well as maintaining the physical documents.
*Responsible for providing administrative support to managers and staff.
*To scan, print and photocopy office reports and documents.

*Must have good skills in MS Office. (MS Excel & Word)
*Basic knowledge of Account software like Quickbooks etc…
*Must be fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) Command
*Knowledge for posting ads in Online Trading & Social Media Sites ( Facebook , Instagram)
*Knowledge of manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
