Duties/Description:
*Manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
*Keep up-to-date employee leave records
*Manage and organize conferences as well as meetings for office personnel
*Handle the filing system and maintain up to date records of both hard and electronic files

Qualifications:
*2 years of experience in Excel & Word
*3 years of experience in dealing with Documentation/ Filing systems (important)
*Good background in Accounting (important)
*High school diploma or associate’s degree.
*Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
*Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
*Warm personality with strong communication skills.
*Ability to work well under limited supervision.
