*Answering phone calls and directing communication, mail, or packages as appropriate.
*Maintaining the office calendar and ensuring all guests are appropriately checked in before entering the offices.
*Keeping the offices tidy and presentable.
*Prepare and reset conference room before and after meetings.
*Booking travel for executive team and partners.
*Ensuring office supplies are in stock, and conference rooms are appropriately stocked/set up for meetings and events.
*Follow up on meetings and agendas as assigned.
*Provide support to the executive team by handling delegated tasks in an efficient and competent manner.
*At least 2 years experience in UAE
*Male asian nationality only
*High School level/graduate minimum
*English language literacy is must
*Know how to clean and organized office
*Can join immediately
