Duties/Descriptions:
*Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages;
*Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies,
making photocopies of office documents required by the seniors, and ensuring office is in general state of cleanliness;
*Contacting clients for corporate appointments
*Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by responding using O&F procedures.
*Coordinate with other departments linked to help desk requirements.
Qualifications:
*Filipino male nationality only
*Microsoft Office knowledge is must (Word, Excel, Etc)
*With good communication skills
*At least 1-2 years experience in similar/same role
*Can handle phone calls
*Graduate or undergraduate
