*Preparing and serving beverages to staff and guests
*To monitor and order required office supplies in in-case of shortage.
*Answering all incoming phone call and redirecting them to appropriate persons.
*To file, store, photocopy and retrieve office document and reports when needed.
*FILIPINO nationality only
*High School/Secondary level
*Communication skills (English or Arabic)
*Knowledge in clerical job is an edge
*Knowledge in fax/photocopy machine
*0-1 year experience in admin
