Duties/Description:
*Greeting visitors upon arrival at the office.
*Handling incoming telephone calls.
*Responsible for typing letters, memos, and other correspondence
*Managing workers and motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
*Performing filing of daily paper work and order office supplies as required.

Qualifications:
*1-2 years experience in applying position
*Experience in clerical work
*Female any nationality
*High School/Secondary level
*With good communication skills (English language)
*Basic knowledge in computer, Fax and photo copy machine
