*Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
*Respond, screen and forward incoming phone calls
*Collect and sort daily mail
*Keep up a good filing system
*Maintain the office, its equipment as well as supplies
*Make sure the office is cleaned and well maintained
*Prepare and update records

Qualifications:
*Must be knowledgeable in MS Office and good in English language
*36 years old below
*Proven experience in admin job/work
*High School graduate minimum
*Female any nationality only
*Communication skills (written and verbal)
