Duties/Description:
*Book travel arrangements
*Cover reception desk
*Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms
*Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
*Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
*Assist with administrative overflow and special projects from other department as needed
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree
*Fluency English Language (Written and spoken)
*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
*Male/Female any nationality
*Computer skills
