*Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire office; including desks, pantry, meeting room and others as per the company standards.
*Monitoring office supplies/stationery and pantry supplies.
*Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and staff
*Assist in setting up meeting room
*Helping the managers with administrative assistance such as but not limited to photocopying, filling or scanning documents.
*Welcome guests and greet people who visit the office with a pleasant and welcoming approach
*Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
*Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
*At least 2 years experience in similar/same role
*High School level/graduate minimum
*Female any nationality only
*Can handle telephone calls
*With good communication skills
