*Clean the office at the start of the day.
*Maintains the cleanliness of the pantry, office areas, and restrooms
*Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
*Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
*Answers the telephone if necessary.
*Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
*Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents.
*Performing general office clerk duties and errands (Going to a bank if necessary)
*Assisting office staff as requested.
*Male any nationality
*Good communication skills, friendly, stable
*Can speak and understand English, Urdu (Pashto is an advantage)
*Relevant Experience is an advantage
*Team player energetic, innovative, cooperative
*Able to work on own initiative, without supervision
*Able to work under pressure and ability to accommodate sudden changes
