We are urgently looking for Filipino Female Customer Support/Admin Assistant.
*Dealing with Customer related issues in the complete Sales Cycle
*Responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
*Upgrading of existing file system and consequent maintenance of files
*Email communication with clients and liaison with all other departments during the course of business, i.e. Operations and Finance
*Understanding all our vendors/suppliers (including but not limited to hardware suppliers) and establishing positive relationships with them
*Updating of contracts and Service Agreements
*Create Invoices, LPO and receipts
*Sending Invoices and Follow up due payments from clients
*Ensuring that all payment amounts and records are accurate.
*Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Reports
*Candidates should have relevant experience in CS and Admin tasks. Background in Accounting is a plus.
*Fresher can also apply.
*Excellent computer skills, especially excel.
*Strong problem-solving abilities.
*Able to meet work deadlines.
*Ability to handle pressure.
*Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
