*One of the biggest duties of Waiter/ess is side work. Side work refers that need to be done before during or at the end of the shift.
*Collecting payment (credit card, or cash) for drinks and or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transaction.
*Maintaining table appearance by clearing dirty plates, removing cutleries, and providing adequate napkins, etc.
*Keeping all station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately.
*Performing shift change and or opening or closing duties.
*Adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
*Assisting other staff as needed or when business required.
*Having proficient knowledge on the menu in order to explain our offerings to the guests,
inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer any questions.
*Accurately write food and beverage order on the captain order and entering order into POS quickly.
*Ability to assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of the Manager
*Performs other duties as required or requested.
*At least 2 years experience in food and beverages
