Schedule appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business details.
*Reads and routes incoming mail.
*Locates and attaches appropriate file(s) to correspondence to be answered by the Manager.
*Takes dictations and transcribes notes; composes and types routine correspondence.
*Schedules appointments for the Manager; files correspondence and other records.
*Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
*Greet visitors, ascertains nature of business and conducts visitors to the Manager or appropriate person.
*Arranges travel schedule and reservations; compiles and types statistical reports; records minutes of staff meetings.
*Perform other duties as requested by the Manager.
*Education: A Bachelor’s Degree
*Experience: A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position.
*(Female Filipino preferred)
*Languages: Fluency in English
*Software: Computer literate
