*Handle all paperwork appropriately with adequate attention and file correctly.
*You will assist in receiving walk-in clients, and answering phone calls when required.
*You will have to provide Tea/Coffee or refreshments to clients.
*Ensure that all the areas assigned for cleaning are kept clean and hygienic.
*All Workstations should be dusted and cleaned every day.
*You will have to ensure all toilets and the dining area is cleaned and disinfected daily.
*Empty bins whenever required.
*You will have to assist in running general errands for members of staff and the management when needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
*High school or equivalent (Preferred)
*Office: 1 year (Preferred)
