Duties/Description:
*Coordinating schedules, attendance, petty cash, filling records and follow up,
arranging meetings and events, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that
everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
*Good in extracting an email and letter
*Experience using office management software, including word processing software powerpoint and spreadsheet, microsoft office

Qualifications:
*Female Filipino nationality
*With pleasing personality and professional good looking and presentable
*Verbal and written communication skills
*Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
*Fluent in English
*Ability to multitask
*Must be in Dubai and available for soonest interview
