*Answers all types of social media inquiries
*Handles customer complaints, provides logical solutions and attempt to resolve the complaint.
*Schedules payment collections in case of cash payment, and follows-up in case of bank Transfers with the financial department to confirm work orders.
*Processes work order information and handles Jobs’ schedules in coordination with the Operations Manager & fleet Mgr depending on workers availability.
*Prepares financial quotations and confirms pricing with Customers prior to proceeding with work order.
*Explains payment cycle procedures to customers to avoid any ambiguities.
*Generates customers’ interests by providing information on offers and packages offered by Busy Bees.
*Manages and Updates CRM as well as keeps accurate customer records.
*Inbound& outbound phone calls, whatsapp messages promptly using standard scripts that responds to different inquries.
*Administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)
