Duties/Description:
*Greeting walk in guest/clients and offering drinks
*Answering inquiries in person, by phone or email
*Visa typing, Hotel Booking and Ticketing, Filling and arranging documents for records
*Doing Daily Report and Account Summary, Sending Last day and overstay reminder
*Petty Cash, Cash Handling, Making invoice, statement of account, Bank Deposit, Collecting Payment, Sending Invoices, Bookkeeping, Tallying, Processing Tax Invoice
*Making sure the office is clean and tidy. Giving professional ambiance
*Making contract for car rental, input contract in RTA system
*Other additional duties given by the Manager

Qualifications:
*Female filipino nationality
*Hard working
*Great at multi-tasking
*Fast Learner
*Can work under pressure
*Knowledgeable for computer use and fast typer
*Knows how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint
*Flexible
*Experience in a Tourism company is a plus
