Duties/Description:
We are looking for a confident, proactive and presentable Administration Coordinator (Females Only) with strong problem
solving and critical thinking skills who can help us develop stronger strategies and processes.
The duties of an Administrative Coordinator include but not limited to collecting information about suppliers and procedures,
analyzing data and processes, and providing report and suggestions based on the information provided. You will also present findings and pitch ideas to management.
To be a successful Administrative Coordinator, you should be focused on optimizing processes within your department or organization.
You should be collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
*Welcoming visitors to your office
*Scheduling sessions/meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
*Ensuring the office runs smoothly
*Taking and delivering messages
*Overseeing clerical tasks
*Answering phone calls
*Maintaining files

Qualifications:
*High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
*Female any nationality
*At least 2 years experience as admin assistant/Customer service
*Proficiency in English is a required
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Great customer service and interpersonal skills
*Friendly, service-oriented personality
