*Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
*Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
*Typing, preparing and collating reports.
*Filing.
*Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
*Managing databases.
*Prioritising workloads.

Qualifications:
*Female Filipino or Indian nationality only
*With basic knowledge of accounts
*Computer literacy (MS Office)
*Communication skills (Written and verbal)
*0-2 years experience in same/similar role
