*Develop product knowledge by keeping up to date with service and product offerings as made.
*To visit the prospective customers at the exact given time as per the appointment fixed.
*To explain and brief the product details by clarifying any doubts of customer inquiries.
*To explain the CPR guidelines to customer before activation of the service.
*To follow the activation process as per the policy, by checking all documents required and biometrically verifying the customer.
*Ensure to send day end activation report of the status of the leads & produce to management as per the standard format.
*To liaise and coordinate with Telesales agent who fixes the appointment with customer.
*Ensure a minimum of 60% closure on the leads given.
*Adhere to company standards in all activities and tasks

*High school/Bachelor minimum
