Duties/Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Waiters/Senior Waiters/ Head Waiters to work in our Award Winning fine dinning restaurants.
You will be expected to work effectively as part of a team ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
The Waiter/Sr. Waiter/Head Waiter should be passionate about great food and have a good knowledge of fine cuisine and wines.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in F&B
*Advanced English communication skills.
*Additional languages are an advantage. Italian particularly.
*Strong F&B standard and product knowledge
*Advanced POS system knowledge. Micros knowledge is a plus.
*Ability to work as part of a team, be proactive and able to work under pressure.
*Should be attentive, keen to engage with customers & immaculately presented at all times.
*Great sense of style and elegance.
