*Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
*Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
*Announcing clients as necessary.
*Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
*Assist with day to day operations of the HR Functions and Duties.
*Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives.
*Compile and Update Employee Records (Hard and Soft Copies).
*Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
*Qualifications in HR will be preferred.
*Experience – Should have minimum 2 years of experience in front desk/HR functions.
*UAE experience will be preferred.
*Presentable with good communication skills.
*Candidates should be available in UAE and should be able to join immediately.
