Duties/Description:
*Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office
*Answer , reply politely and forward incoming phone calls
*Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
*Update calendars and schedule meetings
*Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
*Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.

Qualifications:
*Female Filipino nationality
*Computer literacy (MS Office)
*Communication skills (written and verbal)
*High school/Bachelor’s minimum
*1-2 years experience in same or similar role
