SECRETARY CUM EVENT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Event Management company is requiring a well organized assistant/coordinator.
*Daily office admin tasks
*Sourcing suppliers & vendors
*Monitor inventory
*Attending Calls/Emails/Queries
*Preparing Proposals for Clients
*Preparing quotations & negotiating with vendors
*Event co-ordination on-site
*Keeping up-to-date with current market events
*Excellent vendor management skills

Qualifications:
*Proficient in MS Office, specially excel and powerpoint
*Able to handle stress and remain calm
*UAE experienced candidates will be preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience in event area is preferable
