*Greet and escort customers to their tables
*Prepare tables by setting up sheets and gloves
*Take appropriate orders using POS ordering software
*Offer menu recommendations upon request
*Up-sell additional products when appropriate
*Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
*Deliver & collect bill payments
*Clean up tables
