Duties/Description:
*Answer email and phone calls.
*Answer clients inquiries, prepare orders and send them out.
*Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies or stocks from International and local suppliers.
*Perform basic bookkeeping or filing management system.
*Send monthly reports to the management.
*Write & send financial reports to the management.
*Doing product quality check to make sure it meets the standard.
Qualifications:
*Candidate must be a Filipino Nationality (female), with Bachelor’s Degree.
*Writing and speaking English is a must (excellent in communication skills).
*Good appearance, smiles to the customers, and well dressed.
*Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. Confidentiality is a must.
*Strong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detail.
*Time management, team player, handle stress, organized, fast learner, and flexible.
*Having a computer and research skills and ability to learn other programs.
*Excellent experience in MS Excel and other MS Office softwares.
*Knowledge of project planning.
Additional Qualifications:
*With social media skills.
*With advertising background and passion with fashion/design.
*With an accounting experience.
*Knowledge on Quickbooks.
